Most
women, regardless of complexion, have yellow-based skin. To get that
perfectly flawless look, you must wear a foundation with a yellow base. Sacha Cosmetics manufactures the only true yellow-based foundations in
the world. They perfectly match every skin tone leaving your skin
looking flawless and natural-looking. Finally, no ashiness and no
two-toned look!
Regardless of your complexion, Sacha foundations will be perfect for you. This is why Sacha was chosen to be the Official Cosmetics of the Miss Universe and Miss USA Pageants.
If
you purchase a shade of Sacha foundation or Kamaflage Cover Cream that
is too dark or too light for your complexion, we will replace it for
you free of charge.
Q. Do I have yellow skin undertones?
A. Most Caucasian and all Asian, African and Latin women do have yellow skin undertones.
Q. Why do I have so much difficulty in finding the right foundation, which would not make me look as if I was wearing a mask?
A. This is because you have been wearing foundations that "clash" with
your natural yellow-based skin. If you have yellow undertones then you
must wear a yellow-based foundation. When you wear a Sacha Foundation,
you will not look as if you are wearing a mask.
Q. Do eye and hair color help determine the shade of foundation I should wear?
A. Absolutely not! Chances are that you have yellow skin undertones and need to wear a yellow based foundation.
Q. How accurately can I determine my skin color from the images on the Sacha website?
A. Ninety percent of women perform this task accurately although from our experience, when in doubt, select the lighter shade.
Q. Whom do you consider to have exotic skin tones?
A. We consider any woman with yellow-based skin to have exotic skin tones.
Q. Why should I wear foundation?
A. Foundation serves several purposes. The primary function however is to
cover skin imperfections and make you look as if you have flawless
skin. Foundation also helps to protect the skin from excessive exposure
from the sun.
Q. How should I test for my "right" shade of foundation?
A. Apply foundation evenly along the jaw line and blend. The foundation should perfectly match the color of your neck without any silica
residue. Testing our Sacha foundation on the back of the palm is also a
quick substitute, though not as accurate as the jaw line test!
Q. How do I determine what type of foundation to wear?
A. If you have fairly flawless skin, go right ahead and wear our liquid foundation. If you have normal to dry skin and require extra coverage,
our Cream Foundation will be perfect for you. If you have normal to
oily skin, then we recommend our Dual Activ Powder Foundation. If you
have severely blemished skin, then we recommend our Kamaflage Foundation.
Q. How waterproof is the Kamaflage Makeup?
A. Kamaflage is as waterproof as a concealment product could be and still
allow the skin to breathe. It will not easily wash off even in salt
water but care must be taken not to rub the spot. When towel drying,
pat lightly, not rub.
Q. I have oily skin and enlarged pores. What powder and foundation should I wear?
A. Do not get too hung up on having oily skin. Having oily skin will
ensure that you do not wrinkle for many, many years. If you have oily
skin, using products to dry out the skin will spark your oil creating
glands to produce additional oil to compensate. You could end up with
even oilier skin. The trick is to treat your skin as normal. Cleanse,
tone and moisturize it as you would treat normal to oily skin. Sage of
fats and oils from your diet. Your skin will normalize for itself. For
extra oily skin, we recommend Sacha's Dual Activ Powder Foundation and
our Ultra Matte Loose or Compact powder. If you have enlarged pores,
use Sacha's Daily Moisturizer or Overnight Moisture Lotion as an under
makeup base. This will ensure that the foundation does not clog your
pores.
Q. What skin care kit is best for combination skin?
A. We generally recommend our normal to dry kit for combination skin.
Q. What is the difference between the leg & body makeup and the cover cream?
A. The Leg and Body Makeup is a slightly softer formula than our Cover
Cream to make it easier to apply. Remember, body parts generally do
have the natural oils you have on your face.
Q. How do I set my foundation? What type of powder do you recommend I use with it?
A. You may set your foundation with any of our powders. If you are in doubt, go for one of our translucent powders.
Q. Why is Sacha recommended for makeup artists?
A. Sacha supplies all the makeup products that a makeup artist would need.
Our yellow-based foundations perfectly match every skin tone so makeup
artists do not have to blend different shades to match any skin color.
Our makeup palettes contain all makeup products and supplies in one
convenient kit.
