your purchases are fully guaranteed. If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, simply
return it to the address below for a full refund. Goods are required to be in the original condition.
We regret that shipping costs are not refundable unless the problem caused was as a result of an error on our part.
RETURNS
All returns must be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before items are returned. To request your RMA please contact rma@sachacosmetics.com. This guarantees your return is properly recorded and your refund or exchange is issued accordingly.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please
allow sufficient business days from the time
your order is submitted for it to be processed and shipped. (e.g. Three Day Delivery means three business days).
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered
business days.
Any customs
duties which are payable for shipments to countries outside
the USA are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customer acknowledges that customer is responsible for any
fees, penalties or surcharges applied by carrier resulting
from inaccurate, incomplete or inadequate data, provided by
customer for parcels shipped using service, after payment
for shipment is received.
Orders received by 3:00 p.m. for in-stock items are shipped
the same day. Note that when you place an order you will receive
an immediate notification that your order has been processed.
In the event that this notification is not received contact
us at sales@sachacosmetics.com. Also, if you desire changing your current order or shipping
address you must immediately contact us at the address as
stated above. You will be required to state your notification
number for order verification.
REFUNDS
Tester Kits are provided for purpose of identifying your foundation
shade that is perfect for you and cannot be returned.
If you need to return or exchange your purchase you may do
so within 30 days of receipt of purchase.Goods are required to be in the original
condition.
If you return your purchase, upon verification that it is
in the original condition, we will issue a credit card refund
or arrange a product exchange.
All shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable.
Packages requiring exchange would incur additional charges
both to and from the customer unless the return is as a result
of our error.
CLAIMS
The customer must file claims for error fulfillment of an
order within 30 days after receipt of customer's order. Upon
receiving such a claim, Sacha Cosmetics will promptly take
steps to identify the source of error and, if determined that
it was our error, we will undertake corrective measures, which
are appropriate under the circumstances. We reserve the right
to research the validity of the claim by any means reasonably
necessary. Customer agrees to allow us reasonable access for
this purpose. If evidence indicates that there was no error
in fulfillment, or that customer caused the error, we shall
not be obligated to replace and re-ship the order in question.
Further, if customer acted in bad faith or was grossly negligent
in submitting a claim, we may require customer to reimburse
us for reasonable administrative charges incurred by us in
evaluating the merits of the claim.
